Manufacturing Limited is a division of skycan International Ltd.,
a company created to provide high-level expertise in the development
of overseas manufacturing services. skycan Manufacturing utilizes
skycan International’s existing contacts in China for metal
forming and plastics manufacturing. Our continually evolving relationships
in China were established in 1987 by  one
of our principles Steve Yang. Mr. Yang is responsible for the first
joint venture corporation between Minmetals (a manufacturing company
in China) and a Canadian Company. This joint venture with Minmetals,
which at the time was the third largest corporation in China with
assets of 3 billion USD, has become the foundation on which skycan
has provided custom services to a variety of companies operating in
diverse industries.
Highlights of Skycan’s curriculum vitae include clients such
as Husky Oil, Westrans, Freightliner, Kenworth, Transalta, Saskpower,
BC Hydro, Canadian Tire, Coop Hardware, House of Tools, Beaver Lumber,
Spar Group, and CSI Wireless. Our primary facilities have manufactured
tools and parts for patrons such as ITT, Toledo Scales, Honeywell,
Black and Decker, DeWalt, Sharp, Fuji, General Motors Company, Audi,
and Volkswagen.
